UPDATE: NASCAR scored its tenth increase of the season last weekend, more than the two previous seasons combined. Saturday’s NASCAR Bristol Night Race averaged a 1.5 rating and 2.50 million viewers on NBCSN, up a tick in ratings and 8% in viewership from last year (1.4, 2.33M), but down 35% and 34% respectively from 2017 on the NBC broadcast network (2.3, 3.82M). Denny Hamlin‘s win was the tenth Cup Series race this season to increase over last year, the most at this point of a season since 2013 (12), and more than the two previous seasons combined (nine).
UPDATE: Final TV ratings from Bristol Motor Speedway were up 7% from last year with a 1.5 rating and 2.5 million viewers.

Saturday night’s race from Bristol Motor Speedway earned a 1.45 overnight rating. That’s up 7% from last year, and best rating for a Saturday night cable Cup race since 2017.

Last night's #NASCAR Cup Series race from Bristol averaged a 1.45 overnight rating on @NBCSN, up +7% from the network’s race last year (1.36) and ranks as the best delivery for a Saturday Cup Series race on cable in 2 years, since 2017’s Kentucky Race on NBCSN (7/8/17; 1.57).
