Hello Jayski readers,

Let me formally introduce myself; my name is Dustin Albino. Over the past handful of years, you may have seen some of my work at linked to Jayski, whether it was on the homepage or on the Cup, Xfinity or Truck series pages. But now I’m here to stay.

Yes, you heard that correctly. As of Jan. 1, 2021, I will be joining the Jayski team full time, alongside Jay Adamczyk, Scott Page and Amanda Brooks. And to say I’m excited would be a gigantic understatement.

I will be filling the role of digital content editor, focusing mainly on the Xfinity Series page, though will have input on content for all pages on the site. Good news is, I’ve been the Xfinity beat reporter at Frontstretch for the past four years, meaning much of my background has come from telling stories of up-and-coming racecar drivers. Did I mention stories!? Yes, because for the first time in Jayski history the website will feature original content and reporting on the site.

Internally, the ideas have been swirling about what we can provide you next year, but expect this: more at-track coverage than ever before; reading unique stories about Xfinity drivers, as well as other storylines that other media might not provide in the other two NASCAR national touring series. All the while, the website itself will not change much and will still be what you come to expect from Jayski, linking fans to news stories throughout NASCAR.

You guys have no idea how excited I am for this opportunity. Join along for the ride!

— Dustin
