UPDATE: The NASCAR Cup Series playoffs from Las Vegas (Nev.) averaged a 1.2 rating and 2.10 million viewers on NBCSN, flat in ratings and up 6% in viewership from last year (1.2, 1.97M), but down 15% and 12% from 2019 (1.4, 2.38M).
Denny Hamlin’s win, which peaked with 2.2 million viewers, was the sixth-straight Cup Series race to post an increase over last year — the longest stretch of gains since 2011.
ORIGINAL POST 9-28-2021: NBCSN earned a 1.21 rating with 2.095 million visitors for Sunday night’s South Point 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
The rating is up from last year’s race.
