Matt DiBenedetto still working on 2024 plans: UPDATE

UPDATE: Matt DiBenedetto posted a video message to social media on Friday, declaring an announcement regarding his 2024 racing season is delayed.

“I wanted to give you guys a delayed update. We had a sponsor deal that we had to decide to pull the plug on and move forward from. Everything will work out exactly how it’s suppose to,” he said.

“We’re going to have to let 2024 racing stuff play out; part-time, whatever opportunities fall our way and are meant to be.”

Original post: Matt DiBenedetto says he’s still working on NASCAR plans for next year. DiBenedetto competed in the Truck Series for Rackley WAR the past two seasons.

“Just an update of everything going on. Everything is good. Everything is good in our world. No, I’m not retiring…  I love NASCAR.  I love driving in circles for a living. I’m not going anywhere.”

He says he’s building partnerships, working to put something together and that there are opportunities available.

“The short answer is: we are working on sponsors”.

The message was posted on his Instagram account Tuesday.
