NASCAR attorneys, along with lawyers representing 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports, met Tuesday for a settlement conference. No agreement was reached, but both sides will meet again for further discussions Wednesday.

In addition, the Drivers Advocacy Council asked the court on Tuesday to be allowed to file a brief on their behalf.
