The Customs House Museum in Clarksville [TN] will have a permanent Jeff Purvis racing exhibit in 2004. The exhibit is expected to open to the public in May. It will be part of the Beasley Sports Gallery which will also contain many artifacts of famous Clarksville athletes

Jeff Purvis continues to recover from a near-fatal BGN crash [at Nazareth in the #37 car] this spring, but it is unlikely that he will race next season. Purvis has indicated that he might want to race again, but will not rush his comeback.(Tennessean)(11-14-2002)
