As of right now, Tommy Joe Martins plans to make his first 2010 series start driving his #44-Ford at Atlanta Motor Speedway on March 6th. Daytona remains a possibility, but the team is still working on securing funding for the season opener at Daytona Int'l Speedway

Tommy Joe Martins went into last weekend's races with moderate expectations. He wanted to run well enough in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Toyota Tundra 200 at the Nashville Superspeedway to get approved to compete in the truck series race at Chicagoland Speedway
