Taking the lead with four laps to go, #17-Corey Day won the BetRivers 200 O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race at Dover Motor Speedway. It’s his second victory in the last four races and the second of his rookie season.
#7-Justin Allgaier led a race-high 71 laps and lost the lead in lapped traffic while tying to get by #53-Blake Lothian. #41-Sam Mayer placed third, with #18-William Sawalich and #21-Austin Hill rounding out the top five, his first since COTA in February.
#20-Brandon Jones, #1-Carson Kvapil, #39-Ryan Sieg, #8-Sammy Smith and #96-Anthony Alfredo filled out the remainder of the top 10.
#20-Jones won the opening stage, his third of the season. #9-Ross Chastain won Stage 2, but dropped to 13th in the finishing order after a Stage 3 run-in with #54-Taylor Gray.
There were 12 lead changes among 10 drivers and nine cautions for 54 yellow flag laps.
The average speed of the race was: 99.917 mph.
