Making a last-lap pass and escaping the chaos, #17-Corey Day was out front when a caution flew on the final lap to win the Ag-Pro 300 O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race at Talladega Superspeedway. It’s his first career victory.
#19-Brent Crews finished runner-up, recording his third consecutive top-five finish. #00-Sheldon Creed placed third and won the $100,00 Dash 4 Cash bonus. #8-Sammy Smith and #51-Jeremy Clements rounded out the top five.
#26-Dean Thompson, #2-Jesse Love, #20-Brandon Jones, #99-Parker Retzlaff and #87-Austin Green complete the top 10.
JR Motorsports drivers #1-Carson Kvapil and #7-Justin Allgaier won the first two stages, but were penalized during a round of green-flag pit stops and took the checkered flag in 22nd and 23rd.
There were 38 lead changes among 16 drivers and four cautions for 15 yellow flag laps.
The average speed of the race was: 152.128 mph.

Race Updates:
Lap 113: #41-Mayer spins to the inside on the backstretch and clips the inside wall. #39-Sieg, #27-Burton, #24-Burton and #31-Perkins all get collected in another incident through Turn 3. The caution comes out with #17-Day scored as the leader, winning his first race. #00-Creed, #19-Crews, #8-Smith, #51-Clements, #26-Thompson, #2-Love, #20-Jones, #99-Retzlaff and #87-Green are the unofficial top 10.
Lap 112: #41-Mayer leads the inside line with #17-Day leading the middle and #00-Creed leading the top at the white flag.
Lap 111: #8-Smith has a big run down the backstretch and gets a push from #27-Burton. #17-Day gets next to #00-Creed for the race lead, allowing #41-Mayer to drop to the bottom and control the inside.
Lap 109: #17-Day has been shoved to second with help from #41-Mayer. #8-Smith is back inside the top five.

Lap 8: The field is three-wide from first to 28th in the running order. The top 28 cars are separated by 1.5 seconds.
Lap 7: #1-Kvapil clears for the lead and drops down in front of #41-Mayer in the middle line.
Lap 6: #41-Mayer gets a push from #1-Kvapil to get next to #2-Love for the race lead. JR Motorsports is working the outside line with #8-Smith and #88-Caruth moving through the top 10.
Lap 5: #2-Love takes the lead on the restart. #92-Williams gets split in the middle and dropped outside the top 10 after restarting fourth.
