Remember those DW BGN rumors a while back, well I am hearing that DW will drive the #48 Champion Potato Co Ford at Charlotte in October in a one race deal. His brother Michael is supposedly listed as the owner — UPDATE: it’s been a while since I heard anything on this and do not see DW listed on the BGN Entry List on NOL — UPDATE: Darrell Waltrip will not be running the BGN race at Charlotte. The deal for DW to drive the BGN car and promote the company’s product never came together
