Andy Santerre expressed wishes to compete in a partial scedule in 2000. IMI was not interested in one and a half teams so THEY RELEASED Andy for the remainder of the 1999 season. Andy DID NOT resign for personal reasons as reported. Santerre may be in a car in 1999 and plans to be in the Busch Series in 2000(Santerre PR)(9-12-1999)
