The John Boy and Billy radio show reported this AM that Dale Earnhardt had back surgery this AM and will be out of action for six week but will be ready for Speedweeks. From what I hear is there will be a six week recoup and the doctor said that things couldn’t have gone any better. They are also taking cards at the DEI shop(address on my Team Address page ) Earnhardt had the surgery at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, in Winston-Salem, N.C., to repair a ruptured disc in his spinal column. The operation came as a surprise to many, even within the Earnhardt organization.
