Winston Cup driver Hut Stricklin said last week that he and Junie Donlavey wanted to take the time to find a crew chief that would complement the Hills Bros Coffee Team instead of rushing to fill the position. That complementary piece of the puzzle turned out to be Craig Huartson, as Donlavey named Huartson as crew chief of his #90 Fords. Huartson, a native of Bellingham, Wash., previously worked with Stricklin on the #61 IWX Busch Series team.
