Winston Looks Like it’s Staying…in Charlotte: It appears unlikely The Winston all-star race will be moved from Lowe’s Motor Speedway in Concord, N.C., to Nashville Superspeedway, or anywhere else, anytime soon. The special event is sponsored by R.J.
