it is raining at Dover (as it is here in South NJ right across the bay from Dover). Looking at the Weather Channel maps, lots of green on the radar, which means rain. Busch qualifying has been canceled and the field has been set by Owners points and other rules. See NASCAR.com for the MBNA Platinum 200. No one missed the race as there were 43 cars making the attempt(6-1-2001)
