Earnhardt Photos News: Courtroom arguments about Dale Earnhardts autopsy photos may have ended for now, but the paper war between lawyers for the stock-car drivers widow and a student-run newspaper rages on. Tom Julin, attorney for the Independent Florida Alligator, is disputing parts of a proposed 17-page court order submitted Wednesday by Teresa Earnhardts lawyers.
