Softball League: The Totally Racin Softball League was created by Bob Hubner, Owner of Race City Resumes. Hubner decided to start a league for NASCAR team employees in Charlotte after seeing his brother play in a corporate league in Orlando. The NASCAR Softball League is comprised of NASCAR Race Team employees. A softball team may correspond to a specific race team, it may be composed of personnel from a particular organization, or it may be a composite of employees from different teams or organizations. A softball team member does not necessarily have to work for the race team that he/she is playing ball for. If a particular race team does not have enough players to form a softball team then they may combine their players with some other race team and create a joint team.
