New Crew Chief for Parker:Ted Kennedy, formerly the shock specialist for the #36 GNC Live Well Racing team, has been named the interim crew chief for that organization. Kennedy, who joined the Cicci-Welliver Racing organization in June, has had success as a crew chief in both the NASCAR Featherlite Southwest Tour Series (STS) and the NASCAR Winston West Series.(NASCAR.com)(8-22-2001)
