No #31 at Richmond:Marsh Racing has no plans on running the #31 Whelen at Richmond. with a sub driver. The team is rebuilding the car from Bristol, but will not have it ready in time. No determination about future BGN races have been made, the team was scheduled to race in Kansas City, Phoenix and Homestead. Also, the team is preparing the back-up car from Darlington for a run at Loudon in the Busch North race there on Sept. 15th. Paul Andrews son will be the driver(9-6-2001)
