Winston, No Bull 5 plans set for 2002 UPDATE: R.J. Reynolds officials have a news conference scheduled for Tuesday in Charlotte to pair drivers and fans for the next No Bull 5 race at Talladega on Oct. 21 and to announce plans for the No Bull 5 program and The Winston in 2002. The Winston all-star race will return to Lowe’s Motor Speedway on May 18, and the same five races will be in the No Bull 5 program next year – Las Vegas in March, Charlotte in May, Daytona in July, Richmond in September and Talladega in October.(That’s Racin’)(10-7-2001) UPDATE The Winston: Lowe’s Motor Speedway president H.A.
