Sharp on pole for IROC: Scott Sharp and Danny Lasoski will have the best view when the 26th season of True Value IROC kicks off with Round 1 on Friday at Daytona International Speedway. Sharp, whose only previous True Value IROC experience was in 1994, pulled the envelope that awarded him the pole while Lasoski, the 2001 World of Outlaw champion, drew the outside pole. Rounding out the top five starting positions were Lasoski, Sterling Marlin, Helio Castroneves and Kevin Harvick. Round 1 of the True Value IROC will go green on Friday at 11 a.m. and will be followed by the season-opening Florida Dodge Dealers 250 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race.
