Autopsy Photos: A state appeals court ruled Friday that Florida’ law restricting public access to autopsy photos is constitutional, but said the matter could be appealed further to state Supreme Court. In its opinion, the Fifth District Court of Appeal in Daytona Beach said the unauthorized viewing of autopsy photos is a violation of privacy.(more at ThatsRacin.com/AP), see past news on my Dale Earnhardt Tribute site – reactions.(7-12-2002)
