Stewart OK UPDATE: hearing that Tony Stewart’s plane collided with a deer on a runway in San Antonio, TX this week and barely avoided disaster. The plane is out of commission for two months. This is all I know. UPDATE: A private plane carrying Winston Cup driver Tony Stewart hit a deer on a runway while landing Tuesday night at a rural airport near San Antonio, TX. Stewart was not injured in the incident, but his Cessna Citation Bravo, a twin-engine executive jet, was damaged and will be out of service for several weeks, team officials confirmed. Stewart was on his way to Las Vegas, where he had a promotional appearance scheduled for Wednesday morning. The plane was landing for a scheduled stop for fuel.
