Richard Petty and The News-Journal’s motorsports editor Godwin Kelly will headline the Living Legends of Auto Racing’s 11th annual awards banquet at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 12, at the Plaza Resort and Spa in Daytona Beach. Petty will be presented with the LLOAR’s Distinguished Driver award, while Kelly will receive the Russ Moyer Media Award. Banquet seating is $40 per person and tickets are available only in advance.
