CAP Motorsports founder United States Air Force Retired Veteran Bill Glaser announced CAP Motorsports will attempt some CTS races and some NASCAR Winston West races in the second part of the season. To prepare for the 2004 season Glaser has talked with a few potential associate sponsors, but has nothing firm. They are looking for some marketing partners for primary backing and have some great people with experience in the trucks, and Winston Cup. Everything is contingent on finding a major sponsor.
