Winston Cup testing dates for Lowe’s Motor Speedway were announced Sunday, teams have open tests scheduled at Lowe’s for the evening of April 29 and all day on April 30. In addition, two days of afternoon and evening testing are set for Sept. 2-3.( NASCAR.com )(3-10-2003)
