Jack Roush, head of Roush Racing, said Tuesday that while Toyota will bring new sponsors and generate added interest in stock car racing, America would be better off if NASCAR stayed “red, white and blue.” Toyota will become the first Japanese manufacturer to compete in one of NASCAR’s top three divisions next year when it enters the Craftsman Truck Series.
