The Winston Cup Racing Wives Auxiliary [ WCRWA ] is joining with the Adopt-a-Sailor program to bring much needed care packages to the men and women of our armed forces.. The WCRWA offices,. located at 5700 Concord Parkway South, Concord, NC. (on the corner of Hwy 29 and Morehead Rd., across from Lowes Motorspeedway) will serve as a donation drop of location for the Adopt-a-Sailor program.
