Eddie Sachs Jr., whose father, Eddie Sachs, was killed at the speedway in the 1964 race, was back at the Brickyard over the weekend to present ESPN [and former NASCAR broadcaster] race host Bob Jenkins the “Michigan Media Achievement of Excellence” award before the start of the Infiniti Pro Series race.
