#2 Miller Lite crew chief Bill Wilburn participating in the A-main World of Outlaws feature on Saturday night at the short track at Lowe’s Motor Speedway (qualified 23rd and finished 18th). “I’d planned on going over and coaching Johnny on,” Bill said of driver Johnny Herrera, whose team Bill is an owner. “When we got over there, we decided to pull off the backup car and let me drive it.
