Starting at Lowe’s Motor Speedway, all cars for team that are driven by Cup drivers in the Busch Series races, must be in the inspection line before the Cup practices on Saturday (usually starting at 9:30am) and not changes to the car before the Busch race.( XM Satellite- NASCAR Radio – Subscription Required)(5-29-2003)
