Jimmy Kitchens has announced he will be returning to competition in the Busch Series on Saturday, June 7th in the Trace Adkins CHROME 300 at the Nashville Superspeedway. Kitchens will be competing in the #97 Pontiac owned by Stanton Barrett. Veteran Crew Chief Terry Allen will be heading up the efforts for the team. Kitchens last competed on the Winston West Series event on February of this year with a respectable 8th place finish. Kitchens recently worked as both the spotter and advisor to PPI Racing and Ricky Craven of Cup.(PR)(6-4-2003)
