NASCAR’s asking price to replace ConocoPhillips’ 76 as its official gasoline brand is $15 million a year in barter and cash for at least 10 years, Street & Smiths SportsBusiness Journal reports this week. Staff writer Terry Lefton says the current deal is valued at $5 million to $6 million a year, mostly barter as fuel for the Winston Cup, Busch Series and Craftsman Truck Series.
