NBC offered a more informative Bill Weber-led prerace show on Sunday’s Tropicana 400 than Fox has done on NASCAR. But NBC also had difficulty coming up with replays that sufficiently showed the crashes of Bobby Labonte and Mike Wallace late in the race and referred to cars by numbers.
