UPDATE: Robert Pressley is making a return to the Busch Series after signing a two-year contract with ST Motorsports and owner Tad Geschickter. Pressley, who owns 10 career Busch Series wins, six poles and a top points finish of 3rd, will pilot the number #47 Chevy starting full time in the 2004 season. For Pressley and Geschickter, it will be a happy reunion. In the 1997 and 1998 seasons, Pressley made a total of 33 starts for Geschickters team. I am real excited to reunite with Tad after five years, said Pressley. We have been working on this deal since Homestead last year, we worked hard throughout the winter and finally got it done. I am looking forward to returning to the Busch Series for the next two seasons and we are looking for great things to happen with this team. Steve Plattenberger will serve as team manager. The team has hopes of running a handful of races in the 2003 season in order to gain owner points for 2004. That hinges on Pressleys Craftsman Truck Series deal, which is currently operating on a race-to-race basis. An announcement concerning the sponsor for Pressley and the #47 team will be made in July at Daytona.(Robert Pressley site)(6-3-2003)
