well…looking at the radar as of 12:00noon/et, looks pretty clear with very little green in the area, it is partly sunny, forecasts lhave rain in the area around 3:00-400pm/et, so good chance the race will get in under dry condidtions, but never know with the rain, and it tends to do opposite of what I post.(8-10-2003)
