#13 Black Cat Racing and The FanZcar are bringing yet another opportunity for The FanZCar members. This time it is for the Hersheys Kisses 300 at Daytona in February. Black Cat Racing has postponed the Spawn scheme, originally slated to be run at the Daytona event. The scheme will run in 2004, but will be rescheduled for later in the 2004 season.
