After more than a decade, Billy Wilburn has left the #2 car to join Penske Racing’s newly acquired #77 team [not announced…yet, see more on my #77 Team News and Links page ] as shop foreman. Not only will Wilburn be an asset to first-time Cup crew chief Shane Wilson at the shop, he will work closely with him at the racetrack as well.
