A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm/et Wednesday for Roy H. Weaver, the 44-year-old Daytona International Speedway track safety worker who was killed in an incident in an IPower Dash series at the track on Sunday. “It’s devastating,” said Robin Braig, the speedway’s president, said of the effect Weaver’s death has had on the track’s employees and volunteers. “Roy was one of the most enthusiastic members of our safety team and operations department.
