Brandon Whitt and the #38 Werner Ladder/Cure Autism Now Ford F-150 are “in the game.” Whitt, a native of El Cajon, Calif., is the only rookie driver in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series who is included in the world’s top-selling racing game. EA Sports has just released its latest edition of NASCAR 2005: Chase for the Cup. For the first time in the history of this popular video game, it includes the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. Only nine Craftsman Truck Series drivers and their respective trucks made the game, including Whitt and the #38 Werner Ladder/CAN Ford. NASCAR 2005: Chase for the Cup, developed by EA Tiburon, released on August 31st for the PlayStation2 computer entertainment system, Xbox video game system from Microsoft, and the Nintendo GameCubeT. The game is rated “E” for (Everyone) by the ESRB. In addition to NASCAR 2005: Chase for the Cup, a new, standalone NASCAR PC title is being designed expressly for simulation racing fans.
