#8-Martin Truex Jr. won the Sam’s Town 250 at Memphis Motorsports Park, his 6th win of 2004 and increases his points lead over #5-Kyle Busch who finished 14th. With a 208 point lead, if Truex Jr. finishes 9th or better in the reamining four races, nothing Busch can do to win the championship. Finishing 2nd was #60-Greg Biffle, #2-Ron Hornaday, #21-Clint Bowyer and #20-Mike Bliss.
