Lowes Motor Speedway President Humpy Wheeler said to expect some announcements in the next couple of weeks about the annual NASCAR Nextel All-Star race, held each May at Lowes Motor Speedway. Although he offered no details, Wheeler said the city of Charlotte and Cabarrus (N.C.)
