hearing that Rusty Wallace will replace Michale Waltrip on Speed Channel’s Trackside show, starting sometime this summer. No reason mentioned. The show airs on Friday’s at various times, sometime live and sometimes same day coverage and is hosted by Steve Byrnes with Darrell Waltrip, Larry McReynolds and Jeff Hammond adding commentaty and funny stuff to the mix. Guest each week include drivers from the different NASCAR Series and other NASCAR personalities. This weeks scheduled guests: Mike Skinner, Shane Hmiel and Kurt Busch. The SPEED Channel Stage Truck will be located outside the track behind Turns 3 & 4 at Lowe’s Motor Speedway and will start at 4:10pm/et with air time at 11:00pm/et, after the Truck Series race.
