#38-Brandon Whitt won the O’Reilly 200 Presented by Valvoline at Memphis Motorsports Park for his first ever Truck Series win after #6-Ron Hornaday spun while leading with one corner to go, Hornaday ended up 21st after leading 79 of the 202 laps. Whitt led three times for 55 laps. Whitt also won the $18,000 Craftsman Win from the Pole Bonus. With his fourth place finish #16-Dennis Setzer increased his points lead to 158 points over #1-Ted Musgrave. There were 13 cautons for 55 laps.
