Mark Martin dominated the race at Bristol in the #6 Scotts Ford to pick up his fourth Truck Series win this season. Todd Bodine and Ted Musgrave, once again, finished second and third to Martin; shades of the beginning of the season. Johnny Benson came in fourth, but unfortunately lost a few points to Bodine in the points chase. David Starr made a mistake on the opening flag and received a penalty for passing before the start/finish line, but came back to finish fifth. It was a one pit-stop race and pit stategy was the name of the game. The top five drivers pitted early on lap 30. There were 2 lead changes among 2 drivers and 9 cautions for 53 laps.(8-23-2006)
