In conjunction with NASCAR, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the Florida Department of Transportation, #42-Juan Pablo Montoya will be filming a public service announcement (PSA) for the “Click It or Ticket” campaign designed to promote seat belt safety.
