David Ragan was the Raybestos Rookie of the Race in the Aarons 312 at Talladega. Ragan finished fourth, his second top-five and second top-10 finish of the season. He took Raybestos Rookie of the Race honors for the third time this season. Ragan holds a two-point edge over Juan Pablo Montoya (101-99) in the Raybestos Rookie standings entering the May 4 Circuit City 250 at Richmond. Ragan is seventh in the Busch Series championship standings, best of any Raybestos Rookie standings.
