74 cars tested in the afternoon session on Day 2 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, with #42A-Montoya being the fastest at 186.761mph [faster then the track record of 184.856mph ste last March] followed by #84A-Allmendinger in a Toyota, #5B-Mears in a Chevy, #9B-Kahne in a Dodge and #41A-Sorenson in a Dodge. The fastest Ford was #99A-Edwards in 8th. Slowest cars were #42B-Montoya at 178.743mph [ironically #42A was fastest] and #21B-Wood at 178.737mph.
