Mike Hillman Sr., general manager for Germain Racing, will continue to serve as interim crew chief for Bodine while crew chief Mike Hillman Jr. continues to work on things from the home front. “We have filed an appeal with the National Stock Car Racing Commission, which means I can come to the track this week, but I have chosen to stay back at the shop and continue to serve the penalty as NASCAR described,” said Hillman Jr. who is serving a four-race suspension based on penalties assigned by NASCAR for pre-qualifying technical infractions at Daytona.(Germain Racing PR)(3-6-2008)
