Davis Motorsports [#s 0 & 01] is honoring Daniel Powell, a racing fan who lived a couple of miles from Phoenix International Raceway. Powell, 33, was killed while driving a truck in September when a cement truck he was driving was crashed into by a tractor-trailer. The team is carrying a memorial tribute to Powell on its cars in order to raise awareness for the Daniel Powell Childrens Memorial Fund, which was set up to aid his three boys.
